Shradha Mathur

Assistant Professor

Dr. Shradha Mathur is currently working as Assistant Professor – Psychology, in the School of Liberal Studies, KIIT, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Dr. Mathur previously worked as Assistant Professor (CES), in the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Education and Psychology, at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara. On the educational front, Dr. Mathur has obtained her degree from the University of Delhi in Master of Arts (Psychology) and Ph.D.(Psychology). Additionally, she had two years of experience as University Teaching Assistant, Department of Psychology, University of Delhi. Further, she obtained experience as a Research Associate on project, at DIPR, DRDO, Delhi. She had then also worked as Postdoctoral Research Associate in Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi on a joint research project funded by the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, USA. Subsequently, Dr. Mathur had worked at IPE Global Limited as Senior Analyst on Project ‘Udaan’ (funded / supported by the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation – CIFF). Dr. Shradha has published in Scopus indexed journals and presented papers in conferences of repute. Her areas of research interest include organizational behaviour, gerontology, public health and human development.
