The School of Liberal Studies (KSLS), KIIT Deemed to be University, facilitated a nine-day training programme on “Effective Communication – Language Proficiency – English” for the non-teaching staff of the University. The programme was organised by the Training Unit, Human Resources, KIIT Deemed to be University, from 29 May to 6 June 2026.

The training programme was conducted by Prof. (Dr.) Sakshi Kaul, Dean, School of Liberal Studies, along with Dr. Deepanjali Mishra, Dr. Sharda Acharya, and Dr. Arpita Nayak from the School of Humanities. The programme brought together participants from various departments of the University, providing them with an opportunity to enhance their English language proficiency and workplace communication skills.

The programme adopted a practical and interactive approach to developing effective communication skills. The sessions focused on areas such as spoken English, professional communication, interpersonal communication, listening skills, workplace etiquette, and effective verbal and written communication.
