Nitish Kumar Samantaray, a graduate of the 2024 batch in M.A. Psychology, has demonstrated outstanding prowess in cricket alongside his academic pursuits. He represented KIIT University in the prestigious Kalahandi Cup for two seasons and played a pivotal role in KIIT’s historic triumph as East Zone Champions in the Rohinton Baria Trophy, finishing as the second-highest wicket-taker. Additionally, he represented the East Zone in the Vizzy Trophy 2023-24 and competed in the Odisha Cricket League as a member of the Odisha Jaguars. Nitish’s remarkable achievements highlight his dedication, athletic excellence, and ability to balance sports and academics seamlessly.
